Block Mounting Trays, fabricated to fit any linear accelerator, are available in all standard sizes or customized to meet your specifications.   

ExacTray is a patented new blocking tray for use in radiation therapy. It is a revolutionary new system of cutting, mounting, and adjusting blocks making treatment more accurate and much more efficient.

Styrofoam Blocks

Templates and Inserts

The Electron Cone Templates are made from clear mylar and simplify electron cone aperture block fabrication.

Electron Cone Inserts provide a flat surface for marking aperture templates.

Clear Mylar Templates are used for recording blocked fields. They are uniformly cut and printed and can be cleaned for re-use.

Block Cutters

Renowned as the worldwide industry standard, more Styro-formers are in use than all other shielding block mold cutters combined.
Styro-former® offers accurate, easy and fast cutting with minimal training.   

Radiotherapy departments can now take advantage of the cost savings and versatility of a compact tabletop Compu-cutter® system. Digitized block outlines can be easily transferred from treat- ment planning systems.  

The Electron Foam Cutter is a low cost, high quality unit with a compact design. The heated replaceable wire makes precision cuts in ½" to 3" foam.   

Cooling Plates

Aluminum Cooling Plates aid in the cooling process of alloy blocks. The four leveling feet help produce level alloy blocks.

Water Cooled Aluminum Plates use an external water supply to rapidly cool alloy blocks.

The Quick Clamp Cooling Tray is constructed of heat absorbing aluminum and will accommodate foam blocks in sizes up to 14" x 14" and thicknesses from 1" to 4".

Decontaminants

Decontaminants remove lead and other heavy metals from skin surfaces. They remove lead from work areas as well - including table tops, equipment surfaces, and glassware.

Tacky Mats

Mold Room Tacky Mats are placed inside the mold room door to reduce the tracking of hazardous dust out of the mold room.

Hazardous Material Vacuum

The HEPA Vacuum Cleaner is ideal for clean-up of lead and cadmium dust. The vacuums meet or exceed OSHA requirements for hazardous waste and toxic dust clean-up.
