The 375-10 Digital Area and Waste Monitor is a digital wall mounted gamma radiation area monitor with an internal 2”x 2” Na(Tl) detector. This cost effective system is designed to monitor radiation output of a high volume of personnel, packages and vehicles and will measure as low as 10 uCi of Cs-137 at four feet. The “Discriminator” feature of the 375-10 allows the user to ignore radiation output of common low energy medical isotopes while still detecting high energy isotopes common to “dirty bombs”. The energy detection range is 25 keV to 3 MeV. Remote displays, strobe lights, horns and relay contacts are optional. An ethernet port is standard for providing outputs of current readings and instrument status. The software option can monitor and log data every two seconds and can send an
e-mail notification on alarm conditions. |
